Oracle Fusion Cloud delivery — foresight when it matters

Senior, hands-on programme leadership helping CIOs navigate the decisions and risk points that are easy to miss — and costly to fix later.

What I do

Oracle Fusion Cloud programme leadership
I operate across workstreams, helping CIOs and delivery teams make joined-up decisions that balance functional design, technology, controls, and long-term operability — not just short-term delivery milestones.

Early risk, decision foresight, and problem resolution
I focus on the areas that are easy to underplay early on — licensing risk, SoD definition and implementation, role design rule sets, approval workflows for high-risk transactions, ITGC and compliance designed in from the outset, and audit exposure reduced rather than inherited. These are also the areas that most often surface as major issues when programmes come under pressure, and where experience-led intervention can quickly stabilise outcomes.

Stabilisation, recovery, and delivery confidence
I am frequently engaged when programmes are already under strain — where confidence has been shaken and clear judgement is needed to diagnose root causes, correct course, and regain control. By addressing both immediate issues and their underlying drivers, I help programmes reach go-live in a controlled, supportable state and reduce post-implementation instability, compliance risk, and avoidable remediation cost.

This kind of cross-cutting foresight and recovery capability is difficult to retrofit once a programme is underway and is often overlooked in functionally siloed delivery models.

Why work with me

I work directly with CIOs and senior leadership teams who want clear judgement, not layers of delivery theatre.

I am independent, hands-on, and involved where decisions actually matter — particularly where functional, technical, and control considerations intersect and trade-offs need to be made deliberately.

I don’t operate as a functional consultant or a systems integrator. My role is to help programmes make the right decisions at the right time, with a clear view of downstream consequences — especially in areas that are difficult and expensive to correct once a programme is live.

Clients typically engage me when:

  • the programme carries real delivery or compliance risk,
  • there is concern about what sits between workstreams, or
  • confidence is needed ahead of go-live, audit, or regulatory scrutiny.

I stay engaged through critical phases, work directly with delivery teams, and provide straight, experience-led advice — even when it is uncomfortable — so issues are addressed early rather than inherited later.
